Credit card non payment issue 12 years back.

Sir Today lawyer called me and told that you have non payment of 2000rs in Abn Amro bank and we sent a notice but not responded. That time I was moved from one city to another(state) and I changed the mobile no also. This is happend 2006. We are going to file the case and you to pay 10000rs penalty. But totally am unaware. Can you guide me in this regard. Thanks in advance Rajesh
