Conviction in 498a

conviction in 498A very rare...........

Even though there is actually mistake from husband side still judge will give final chance to girl side to compromise before givign judgement....

max punishment will be 3-6months hardly..with fine....

dear sir,

            if he goes to jail then how will he be able to give mentainence to his wife?

also mere recording that i did some mistakeds and also my wife did some mistakes does it any lead to any conviction..? also suggest how long does this kind of cases goes.
