A plentif was successeded in getting x party stay the stay order states that the dependent should not alienate the suite property till the disposal of the suit The plentif didn’t attend the court.the court dismissed the suit 8 yrs before the plantiff neither reinstated nor maid an appeal. The dependent wants to sale the suit property . Does it amount the contempt of court?
