Construction on Agricultural land

Hello, We own Agricultural Land in Maharashtra in a town having grampanchayat. We bought the land particularly for purpose of construction of home. The land comes in 500 metres from Gavthan area. As per my knowledge we wont need to require NA for the land. Please tell me what is exact requirement for getting Construction Permission

in Maharashtra conversion of agriculture land into residential area needs specific permission from competent authority.
