Respected Lawyers,
I live in an independent builder floor in west delhi area and i own a second floor with terrace/roof rights, this is also mentioned in the registry available with me. I want to construct third floor as i own the terrace and other floor owners (Ground and First) do not have any ownership of terrace. Do I have to procure NOC from other floor owners for constructing third floor as they are not happy with this and might object when construction will start? Also, please confirm approvals which are required from MCD (if any)?
