Compromise

Dear sir We have filed divorce petition of my sister under mutual consent 13 b. In agreement her husband agrees to pay the lump sum amount on the day of passing decree. Is it ok? In 125 crpc court has ordered interim maintenance 5k per month. We are supposed to withdraw the cases as signed. In case if something goes wrong on either side what will happen to 125 crpc case. Can we revive it or we will have to file fresh? Please guide us sirs

Never accept that, let him deposit the amount in the court before the decree is passed ;express in the court that you don' trust to receive the money for him upon passing of decree, don'fall in to frying pan; the decree should be sublect to deposit of amount in court or direct payment.

Don't withdraw miantenance case let that proceed.
