Compensation under mact act

Dear Sir, I have already received Court order in my favor from City Civil court under MACT ACT for amount of Rs. 3 Lakh with Interest in death case of my brother in November 2016. Insurance Company has deposited the amount in city civil court under Protest in April 2018. Now Insurance company does not want to release the payment and inform us that they will now move to High Court because I am not eligible to claim. I am not depend on my brother. Actual Claim was filled by Father and later on I have added my name in the application due to death of my father just before one year of Judgement. I want to know the further procedure for releasing payment and Whether he is making valid argument ? Please help me on this matter.
