I work for a five star hotel company and My company always recovers their lossless from employees salary. This company neither has efficient system software to track the customers accounts nor proper procedures and trainings how to handle the skippers who takes services in the hotel and run away. Now when it comes to settle these accounts management always debit the amount to employee or Employees. Sometimes accounts team comes up with few years old discrepancy and charge it to that employee who joined few years later to this. Please advise us how we can overcome from this discrimination?
