can the complainant seek action under section 406/420 after the acquittal of the accused in complaint u/s 138 N I Act. Please clarify with citations

Yes! complainNT CAMN SEEK ACTION AGAINAST THE ACCUSED IF ACQUITTAL IS BASED ON hONOURABLE  ACQUIRTAL AND NOT BEYOND REASONABLE ACQUITTAL.
