Common mistakes bu accused in cheque bounce cases.

CHEQUE BOUNCE LAW IS SHORT AND PROVIDED FOR BASIC PRESUMPTIONS AGAINST THE ACCUSED.

1) Many defense advocates and accused from day one try to contest the case as civil case or normal criminal case and hence do not get desired results.

2) The  law  and procedure has been made strict and short so that dud cheques are not issued and if issued punishment should be quick and sure.

3) How ever many loan sharks including even NBFC  s have started mis using this law. We provide expert and step by guidance publicly as well privately so that accused can come out ot the cheque bounce case easily.

There are 3-4 guys, only their peon works, they just advertise..

One such guy HAD the guts to tell some one else that he is openly advertising in different post.

I have not seen even a single step by step guidance from these guys PUBLICLY.. And what guidance they can provide when they don't even know that.. "No law is short or big, all criminal cases go thru' CrPC and there is no presumption against the accused."
