Dear All,
I have 2 BHK in a society situated in pune. It's a combine of two 1 RK flats (Joined). It has two agreements for both unit (1RK) and munciple corporation issues property tax bill in separate for both units. Even if Builder has registered this flat as 2 units of 1RK with PMC, he has got sanctioned plan by PMC as one 2BHK.
Due to this I have to pay double property tax for both 1RK (Water Chgs, etc.). In addition to that there has been a issue that society suddenly decided to increase in society maintenance charges for 2BHK holders.
Please suggest me a way so that I can combine these 2 units as 1 flat on record?
