I want to set up a small eco tourism on my 3acres out of 10acres of agri land where seasonal crops are grown.I want to set up 2 small mud cottages for agri tourism with some adventurous sports activities. I will use these for the people visiting mmy farm. I want to know whether I need to obtain CLU for these activities as the farming will be done on the whole area. People will stay in these cottages and witness the agri activities being done at a farm. If at all I need the CLU then will it be for the full 10acres or for the 3acres only. Please guide me ...
