Case of Maharashtra State.
A alcoholic man (Said A) sold a Class 2 land to Wine shop owner in 1993.
Land Owners : A (Alcoholic Man) , B(Brother), C(Sister), D(Second Sister)
Registry in Tahsildar : Done by A only.
Pher Phar (Mutation Entry) : By B's Son on pressure/ menace from Wine shop owner in 2008.
Currect Situation : A, B, and D are no more. A having two sons, and B have a son.
Question : 1. Can sons of A and B file a complain and request for land onwership?
2. Is it too late to file a complain?
3. will this case be weak due to very delay?
Kindly suggest the in legal way to handle this case.
Even, 7/12 utara and registry, pherphar (Mutation Entry) documents cant get from GramPanchayat due to pressure/menace of Wine shop owner and govt officer are in favor of wine shop owner.
