My one case is going on in district court regarding employment bond broken. but now court has given order against us on 22/02.
and now we has been called on 22/03 for final order , but right now i am not satisfied with the court order. hence i want to appeal in high court so please advice it is right way to go for appeal.
and how much time i have to appeal in higher court.
However till today i did not received a copy of order at my home address.
