T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     25 March 2014

Your advocate may request the higher court to relax the condition of depositing the entire amount instead can pray for allowing you to deposit a substantial portion of the order amount, but it is the discretion of court to accept the request or not.  If your request has been declined by the court, you may have to obey the court to deposit the entire amount.
