Sir, fact is that my wife had filed the bond in the org for 2 year on 08/10/2010 but along with a appoint ment letter was signed which was made two weeks before i.e. on 20/09/2010 . As per t & c of the appointment letter :
1- if she left the org after one year she would pay two month salary and if left within one month she would pay three months salary however a blank cheque also was taken for security purpose :
Now my wife worked there for one year and six month hence she should pay two months salary but court are saying that she would have to pay three months salary because bond was signed later .
and second condition was arbitration would handle this dispute : Now court did not watch on this condition also , and given their order however i told them orally but she was not ready to listen us.
Hence i want to appeal for this however my wife left the org without notice.
