Hi All,
I have a Severe Leakage from the Above floor Bathroom. The Society comittee says the repair wont be done by them and the members have to share the expenses to resolve the Leakage. My question is , Is this as per the CHS bylaw and who should bear the expenses and whats covered and what not in the same expense sharing. Is there a way to get this done from the Owner/Society above my flat completely in a Legal way?
