Change of name in property tax title(bill)

Hello,I'M here to ask you that procedure for Change of Name in property tax title and documents required and place where to do/should we hire a lawyer to do this or can we do it by our own pls help me in this regard

U can do ur own by approaching concerned area Grampanchayat or Municipal authority by required forms with fee along with ownership document
