Sir/Madam,
I had happened to visit Old Customs House, Mumbai to take out a certified copy of a Registered Deed of Convenyance thru RTI Act. However my application was not accepted, instead they said they could not trace the soft copy of the document, neither did they tell that where to submit the RTI Application, post which accordingly i sent the RTI Application, RTI 1st Appeal and very recently i sent the RTI 2nd Appeal along with a complaint letter.
Assuming if i dont get any revert what would be the next cause of action. Do i need to file a case against the officers of the Old Customs or any other method to trace the documents.
