Central govt employee want to join ms(research) program during office hours

I am a central government employee, want to do postgraduation (M.S. (Research)) on part time basis, for this i have to attend the classes as a regular student in my office hours, maybe for two half days in weekdays. Can I get permission as per CCS rules. Please tell me any rules or methods in this regard so that I get permission from my department.
