Cd as evidence

I am fighting a divorce case. We submitted recordings of few occurences proving our claims in the case as .mp3 files in a CD. The opposition lawyer objected to it saying that there is a SC ruling for not allowing recordings as evidences as they can be tampered/modified. Is it true. How to counter and what are my options. Thanks.

CD is not admissible as evidence.Only original device can be used by which recording performed. For example if u recorded from mobile u have to produce mobile in court after giving CD.
