Hi all,
I had bought a second sale flat property at chennai from a Owner and i had also paid Rs 50000 extra for allotment of a car park in the flat.
I had got the car park 10x10 registered in my name along with the house/property registration. The other flat owners in the premises have not paid any amount for car park or they do not have one cark park registered in thier name. They have occupied the car park on first cum first occupy basis.
Now I do not have a car park whereas the guy who resides in the first floor has occupied 2 car parks (including the one alloted to me). He is not willing to shift his vehicle put.
Experts please guide me how to handle this.
