Car accident claim

sir my car is damaged in accident and its temporary registration has expired and before vehicle registration the car is made accident and have insurance so it is possible for claim compensation

Dear querist,

 

Yes you can claim compensation as your vehicle is insured as per details of Engine no and chassis no.

 

In case your claim is rejected approach consumer forum.
