Cancellation of giftdeed(imovebaleproperty)

My father made a giftdeed on 1 octomber2015,which is registered on that day, this giftdeed is made for a lady who lived with my father in live in relationship last 16years. now this lady married to another person. My father have one daughter from this lady. While writing a gift deed there was one condition in that gift deed that without permission of that daughter this lady can not resale this flat, how to cancel this gift deed, give proper procedure to solve this problem
