Can wife appoint an advocate in crpc 125(1)? in family court

Dear All, / Experts,

My wife has filed a case under crpc 125 (1) for maintainance at the family court of Rajkot-Gujarat.

May I Know, If I can fight myself if my advocate is going to deny to fight my case?

you can contest your case as party in person but you have to take NOC no objection certificate from your lawyer if he had filed vakalat then only noc has to be taken or you can contest your case

Ur thread heading states "Can wife appoint advocate in crpc 125/1 in family court" but the contents are entirely different. well if  U are not satisfied with UR advocate change him for a new one, no problem

NOC is needed only if the case is being entrusted to another advocate,not mandatory when the petitioner or the responded are going to argue personally.They can do so with due permission from the court..
