Can we sell a proprietor company to another person

I newly registered a proprietor company. but now i wish to sell that company to my brother.

It is registered under tamilnadu govt. VAT, CST no.are available

Is it posiible to change owner of this proprietor firm.

My brother want to reun this business with same name, and same vat registered no.?? Is this possible??

what document should we make to do this ??
