I month befor I had done an agreement to purchase a flat in greenfiled colony, Faridabad. I had done this agreemet on 10 rupees stamp which was notriced later. I also applied for home loan. but it was in process. my agreement goes expirsd on 15 july. Also I comes to know that the registry is stopped in that location. How can I recover my money from seller. In agreemnet we had paid 161000 as cash and 220000 as check. Check details is mentions in blank space.
Kindly suggest me to overcome this issue.
