after I Filed RCR petition, wife register false GD against me and return to me and refused conjugal life. After GD police investigate and not take any action against me.
False GD complain by wife can be a ground of mental cruelty ?

You can get the copy of complaint against you through RTI application otherwise there is no procedure to supply copy of the complaint to accused / against whom complaint is made.
