I want to sale my flat located in surat, but surprisely it can't be transfer to purchaser because government demanding stamp duty from us of property sale transaction by original landlord to builder from shom I had bought my existing flat 8 years ago and the same was transfered in my name in city servey record.
Then how can governmet demand old stamp duty? Please guide me what to do?
