I have one of my relative who is now 20 years old .
His father who was declared mentally retard in 2000 by doctors has transfered his share of ansistrial property to his brothers through a sale deed and died in 2008
The sale deed dosnot have signature of my relative and his mother.
Now that he is trying to find the details of his father's property , he has found the sale deeds done to his uncle by his father. Can you please suggest if there is any way to get the property.
