Can acquitted person from juvenile court, eligible to apply for government joobs ??

Sir, My Friend's brother is acquitted in cycle theft and subsequently acquitted from juvenile court, can he eligible to apply for government jobs in future ?? like Armed forces or in civilian side ?? Please clarify sir ...

Accuse  – A Minor

 

It is not a serious offence. Equally it is not uncommon. Minors/Children do these kind of act. It doesn’t mean, this kind of mistake of children will ruin their life.

In any case, whether he got acquitted on merit or on procedural ground will not affect his career.

whether the he is convicted or acquitted, he is elegible for the government job.  Further the juvenile i.e C.C.L  is not involved in heinious crime.  It is only based upon the unguided/wrong acquiatance only.  Hence the Child Conflict with law is elegibile for govt JOB.  There is no bar.
