CMM ORDER DELAYED OVER SEVEN MONTHS

DEAR SIR, Our bank canara bank, had issued us notice under sarfaesi in the month of Feb 2015 and again a notice of 30 days later on. When we asked them that when they will take the possession, the bank manager said they will apply for cmm order from dm under sarfaesi. And said Max 2 months to obtain the order. Its been 7 months now and till now the bank has not obtained the order. Is the bank delaying purposely. Please suggest a remedy so that the bank acquires the vacant possession so that we could retake the possession from bank. The said flat is acquired by a politician, and is refusing to leave.
