Byju's fraud

I spent 75k on byju's system for my son for which he was given a lenovo tablet and memory chips for each subject. The tablet had problems within 2 months. I contacted the company and they said that since the system was within warranty period, they would send me invoice which can be used for replacement or servicing. They never sent the invoice email and we suffered some personal problems and got busy. As life settled and we contacted them again, they said that the warranty is now expired. Now they say that they sent invoice on wrong email because they didn't note the email properly.
How can I approach consumer court for this brazen fraud?

Firstly, you should have not delayed in approaching them gain on non receipt of the invoice. Further, you had paid the money to them, hence it is their responsibility to contact you and confirm whether you have got your replacement done or not.

You need to serve notice to them asking for the replacement of the Lenovo Tablet or reimburse you the costs to be incured on its repair. If they fail to do so then you have approach the district forum against the company with your grievance.
