Hi Team,
I have recently purchased an apartment in Mysore. I have recently come to know that the land conversion from agricultural to residential had not happened for the said land and without this the apartment was constructed. However have the CR certificate issued by MUDA Mysore for the apartment.
Will it be a problem at a later point of time. How to convert the agricultural land to residential now?
