I have booked a BMRDA plot on Kanakapura road, Bangalore. The developer has giving all the xerox copies of the property which I verified with few lawyers in Bangalore. One of the lawyer gave a clean chit by going through all the documents and asked me to verify with the originals. But here the problem starts, the developer is telling me now that he will not be able to show the originals of the property, he will be giving the originals when the society is formed. Now I am in the dilemma if I should go ahead and buy the plot or not. The layout was approved initially from SBI, LIC and Karanataka bank. But right now SBI is not sanctioning any loan for BMRDA plots and LIC takes too long time. Karanataka bank is willing to provide loan for the layout.
Please enlighten me with your valueable suggestions.
