I recently purchased a flat in pune Maharastra, at the time of buying the flat, builder agreed to form the society and also taken charges for society registration. But at the time of the possession they provided Apartment deed and asked us to sign on it. Every flat owner has signed the apartment deed for taking possession. Builder is not ready to form the society by saying that he already registered the apartment deed.
But now we all come togather and decided to fight back for our right to form the society. Can you pls guid us how we can challage the builder so that we can form the society?
