I have signed a blank stamp paper since i was suppose to repay money to a known person now he has drafted it has a sale agreement and has instituted a suit for specific performance and now how do i prove that i have signed on a blank paper
can i relay on ink- testing will it certainly tell me the ink age?????

Chinese technology can prove the age of the ink in minute details.But in India the Banks have been parctising the signing of blank stamp papers with signatures of the barrowers, and you have no option but to accept the blank stamp papers that you have signed.
