Dear All ,
My daughter was born in gujrat , now we all are staying in maharashtra , hospital sent birth registration copy to local nagar palika by using my name as father and my surname . I was not able to fetch birth certificate from local nagar palika because my mother in law was forcing me to use both surnames and local nagar palika dint not agree.
My wife has now filed DV / 498A / Divorce in maharshtra court recently....my question to forum is :
1. Can my wife take birth certificate of my daughter from gujrat without my consent.
2. Can i wife after taking birth certificate change my name ( father ) and my surname through gazete.
3. Can i fight against this ...?
