My husband filed private case 420/406 in different state and court sent summons. I filed exemption through lawyer two times, second time court issued bailable warrant. What is police procedure for warrant? Will they arrest? Is there way to avoid police coming to house for arrest?

I live in Haryana, case was filed by husband in Mumbai. Will police arrest and take to Mumbai? Can I get bail from local police station or local magistrate?
