I want to challenge the A.P.Administrative Tribunal's order in the High court of AP. Which type of petition should I file ?
Writ Appeal or any other type ?
I heard that 'Writ appeal' should be filed on the writ order of single judge of high court, then which type of appeal on the Tribunal's order??
