There is one house who is owned by say MR A now Mr A has alloted this house to His spouse Mrs B now Mr A and Mrs B has 5 childrens(3 sons and 2 sister) now Mrs B as lawful owner of home transferred it legally to 1 son namely Mr Z (without obtaining NOC from other siblings) at end Mr Z has died (intestate) and he was a bachelor so now questions is who can be a legal owner of that house (at current stage only 1 brother and 1 sister is alive, but when Mr Z died 2 Sister and 1 brother was alive) and also clarify that is 1 sister who was then alive at time of Mr Z death but is now dead will her son get any right in it (means also provide clarification of Class 2 entitles)
