Where as Lady neither bring any dowry nor having any assets on her name. But she is just working with Government bank and earning around 50K per month (Inclusing of all). Whereas the guy is working in private organisation and earning morethan 2.5 lacs per month. But allience seems doesn't working out and boy is worrying if he chooses to take Divorce will he need to pay any alimony (Share in his property) to her? As she is already working, still is he nee to support with his regular income?

I am asking in case if she continued her work..And as per law is he liable to pay anything to her?

Because his worry is he earned and accumulated on his own starting from zero and he has to support his parents, physological handicaped sister and her chindren (That was his commitment and his brother in law is also not there). Being a nice guy he didn't expected any financial need from the girl and married even without taking a single penny from her family. Now she is not giving her money to his family (he is ok for that to). But slowly she is trying to make the things that he shoudn't support his sister..etc. But in that aspect, he is clearly made up his mind that he won't leave them. If required he is ready to Divorce the lady, but he is worrying that what ever he saved money for that children will get effected he is liable to pay the alimony.
