Advise on Consumer court procedure

Sirs,

I am an ex serviceman I have filed a complaint with local consumer forum to get the advance paid for booking a flat onmy son's name. The builder has abandoned the project . now the builder has stted that since the flat is boked on my son's name Icannot copntest the case.

Therefore Ihave got apower of attorney from my son.

What is the procedre to file this asa additional evidence in support of my case.

Mr.C Sethu,

Your post is not clear as to whether the complaint was filed by and on behalf of your son initially and then you have started to pursue the matter or the other side has taken a preliminary objection on the issue of maintainability of complaint.

In any eventuality it seems to be a delaying tactics and you should put on record your authorization in this regards.
