Adultery conviction

Dear Sir

MY case is posted for judgement on 13.02.2017 and require immedate help by this sunday

Brief Facts

1. Adultery by wife proven with evidence records of birth certificates of chidren born to the Abettor.

2.Documentary Evidences proves Adultery by her.

ISSUE

The Judge says that wife was not examined as a witness neither was she added to the case by the Police.But now Defence has filed a judgement werein in a similar case the adulteror was acquitted from the case as wife was not added as a Witness.

WHAt I REQUIRE

Any judgements werein wife was not examined nor added and conviction given to the adulteror.

  1. The wife was not mentioned in the Police report 

2.   Non examination of the wife by the Prosecution.

These are fatal to your case from the prosecution side. Providing a reference of any case will not work.

Now, it’s too late to introduce a new witness, i.e. the wife.

Anyways, you can pray in the court to introduce the new witness under Section 540 Cr.P.C. . Try to convince the court that her evidence is necessary for a decision of the case.
