Admissibility of digital photographs in 498a

Dear experts,

I am fighting 498a case and wish to use some digital photograph as evidence during the cross examination. I wish to know the admissibility of digital photographs in 498a cases and any supporting affidavit/declaration needed along with the submission of hardcopy and soft copy of the pictures?

Please make a petition under Rule 8 Order 1A of CPC read with Section 65-B of Indian Evidence Act (Electronic Evidence). Attache copy of photographs with it and submit.

Electronic evidences are admissible in evidence as per sec 65 B of Evidence Act but for admissibility of such evidence you have to file a certificate of correctness and genuineness of documents given by a person who prepared the documents.
