I've recently purchased a flat in Bangalore and have registered it in my name. During the registration process I wanted the property to be in the joint names of me and my wife. However, since the sale deed was made under my name the builders advocate advised me to get it registered under my name and transfered under my spouses name in the near future.
Appreaciate if someone could guide me with the procedures of transfering the title to my wifes name without attracting the reregistraton fees or any other lenghty formalities.
