Action against illegal notice

Hi Experts,

One lady issued a cheque to complainant under her signs out of her cheque book. But complainant issued a legal notice against both husband and wife. Husband has no role in issuing the cheque( no joint name, not even handed over, not in any debt of complainant, no sign on cheque etc.)

Now husband want to take criminal action against that complainant on the basis of false legal notice served over him, please advice.

Give proper notice reply on behalf of the husband to the sender seeking clarification and apology.

You must first defend the case, no harm in notice to the husband. Complainant can vicarious liablity. In counter action you may make many admissions so take assistance of a good lawyer.
