Accident Case

HI, I got to meet an accdent day before yesterday and I got my car struck from behind and got a big damage. Fortunately I got no injuries except a few shocks in my colour bone.

The person who did the damage was very soft spoken and looks humble. He asked me not to do any FIR and he will compansate the amount whatever I have to pay after insurance claim.    Now he is trying to act smart and denying to pay and even he is saying that I should pay for his damage....can anyone help me what legal I can do against him as he is mis behaving and acting very rude....

Please some help me or I'll beat him.

lodge FIR against him - softly say him this is formal for a claim. the if he not paying you... claim from him

it is advisable to file FIR against that person who hit you and you can file a claim before appropriate forum later but for which FIR is necessary. without FIR we cannot claim/recover even a penny nowadays.
