i am holder of one shop in commercial building(gujarat, rajkot) of 76 shops total and 3 floor already constructed in 2 phase, in first phase ground and first floor , and in second phase 2 and 3 floor. builder make AOP at the time of first phase, but secretary runaway with all money and while complain to police they said AOP is invalid not register.
Now after many years builder is ready to form cooperative society, but ground and first floor doesnt have right now money, so builder told he can make 2 bank accounts for this. my question is , are two savings accounts are valid? also builder has permission to build 4 floor (which is not constructed), but now building is 15 year old, can builder has right to build new on this? also builder not make any fire and safety regulation , and make changes in plan many times without our concern.
