About Bail And About Compromise Matter

hello my name is divya patel...Actually my father is in central jail because he abuse some words to state electricity board mobile operator female with Jati suchak words..and in this stage he was charge with ipc 294,506,332 and sc/st 3(1)5.But it is not truth he goes their and just shouting...he does not give any1 a single word..BUT now the Female of state electricity board wants to compromise and cancel the case.because she does not want give any allegations to my father..so in this stage bail os possible or not and in this stage sc /st act stage is their any possible of compromise..??
